On March 21, 2004, in Garza County, Texas, 59-year-old Margee Marie Smith, a female, was tragically shot to death by her ex-husband, 57-year-old Bill Henry Reed. This incident was a grievous example of intimate partner violence, culminating in the loss of Margee's life.
