Juanita Payne, a 15-year-old girl from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost her life on July 4, 2008. She was attending a party when a hail of bullets was fired into the crowd by Don "Dunn" Hardge, an 18-year-old member of the DFW Mafia gang. Amidst the chaos, Juanita was struck by a bullet, although it has not been conclusively tied to Hardge's gun. The incident occurred after a fight broke out at the party, and Hardge, who had brought an AK-47 to the event, fired into the crowd.
