Ali Yazdanpanah, a 14-year-old Iranian-American boy from Grapevine, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2011. He was one of seven victims in a horrific mass shooting that took place at his family's apartment. The shooter, identified as Azizolah Yazdanpanah, Ali's estranged father, dressed as Santa Claus before opening fire on his family and then taking his own life.
