Angelica Jewel Echols, a 22-year-old woman from Austin, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 4, 2013. She was shot outside Deluxe Auto Service at 8307 Jamestown Drive near Research Boulevard. Echols had accompanied her friend, Brian Martinez, and another friend to the location as they attempted to speak to Martinez's girlfriend.
