Percel Jvon Perkins, aged 24, was fatally shot on October 17, 2009, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred while Perkins was sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection of Tucker Boulevard and Convention Plaza. Around 7:45 p.m., shots were fired at the vehicle, resulting in his death. Despite investigative efforts by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, no suspects have been apprehended, and the case remains unsolved.
