Death by Force

Percel Jvon Perkins, aged 24, was fatally shot on October 17, 2009, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred while Perkins was sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection of Tucker Boulevard and Convention Plaza. Around 7:45 p.m., shots were fired at the vehicle, resulting in his death.
