Joseph Lee Hamel, a 56-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Amarillo, Texas, tragically passed away on May 11, 2014. His death was the result of a shooting incident at a mobile home in North Amarillo. The incident occurred on May 12th, 2014, and Joseph Hamel was pronounced dead at the scene.
