Ricky Ray Collier, a 56-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2014, in Flour Bluff, Texas. Collier was one of three victims in a shooting spree carried out by 63-year-old Sammuel Everett Toomey. The incident occurred at the Marina Village RV park, where Toomey went on a shooting rampage, targeting his neighbors. Alongside Collier, Pamela Kay Rhodes, 63, and Laura Elaine Ogden, 32, were also killed. A 10-year-old boy was injured but survived the attack.
