Bertha Alicia Vasquez, a 52-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on February 1, 2015, in San Angelo, Texas. Born on September 16, 1962, in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, Bertha was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. Her death was a significant loss to her family and community.
