Wendi Dawn Sims, a 39-year-old woman from San Angelo, Texas, tragically died on February 14, 2017. Her death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred at her residence in the 1900 block of Spring Creek Drive. The preliminary autopsy report revealed that Sims died from a perforating gunshot wound to the head, which resulted in brain injuries. The suspect in this case was identified as Henry Robinson Chipman, a 78-year-old resident of San Angelo. According to the report, Chipman shot Sims before ...
