Robert Elias, a 61-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was found dead on February 13, 2015. His body was discovered in the front yard of a home located in the 1100 block of Ceralvo Street on the city's West Side. Elias had been shot in the head and stabbed multiple times in the back. The San Antonio Police Department quickly identified Mosiah Sanchez, a 23-year-old man, as a suspect in the case.
