Carlos Armin Quesada-Martinez, a 41-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead on February 22, 2015, on a beach in High Island, Texas. His body was discovered by a passerby around 9 am, bound with duct tape and with gunshot wounds to his back and head. The Galveston County Sheriff's Office identified the victim through family members who had reported him missing to the Harris County Sheriff's Office on February 17, 2015, after he did not return home for several days.
