Willie Watts, a 63-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 25, 2015, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at an apartment complex in the 5000 block of Mallow, where Watts was found deceased in the parking lot. Two other victims, Darryl O'Neal and Dale Jones , were discovered inside the apartment. The deaths were determined to be the result of multiple gunshots.
