Terrance Besaw, a 41-year-old man from Chillicothe, was tragically shot and killed on April 8, 2015, at a vacant rural residence west of Quanah, Texas. His body, along with that of Lisa Marie Waddle, 46, of Burkburnett, was discovered the following day.
