Rickey Fitzgerald Shields, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on August 8, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was pronounced dead at the scene of a shooting incident. The incident occurred at a location in Houston, and the police were immediately notified.
