Steven Scott, a 24-year-old man from Crowley, Texas, tragically died on August 31, 2015. Steven was born on February 14, 1991, in Fort Worth, Texas, and was survived by his wife, Rachel Phillips, and their two sons, Jaxon Lee and Carson Levi Scott. Steven also had a large family, including his parents, Tony and Debbie Scott, and his brothers, John, William, and Michael.
