Howard Ray Cooper, a 33-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was involved in a fatal altercation at a gas station parking lot located at 5051 Yale. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m., when Cooper got into an argument with an unknown male who subsequently fled the scene. Cooper was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Another victim, Keandre Glover, aged 20, was also injured but survived the incident.
