In the early morning hours of November 1, 2010, a promising life was tragically cut short on the streets of St. Louis, Missouri. Travis Donnell Parker, a 20-year-old Black male, was walking westbound in the 1500 block of Washington Avenue at approximately 2:30 a.m. when his journey was violently interrupted.
