On November 1, 2010, Travis Donnell Parker, aged 20, was fatally shot in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. while Parker was walking west along the 1500 block of Washington Avenue. A red Pontiac Grand Prix approached, and a suspect, described as a Black male in his early 20s with blond-tipped dreadlocks, exited the vehicle and opened fire on Parker.
