Taifiq Forney, a 36-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on September 20, 2015, in Fort Worth, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death were part of a shooting incident that occurred in the Amber Fields neighborhood near Brown Middle School. Forney was one of two victims shot in the incident, and he was later pronounced dead at a hospital. The other victim was transported to a hospital in Dallas, but their condition was not immediately disclosed.
