Carmen Danielle Morris, a 23-year-old woman from Palestine, Texas, tragically died on March 19, 2016. She was fatally shot in the head by an accidental rifle discharge from an 8-year-old child who picked up the weapon while Carmen's husband was cleaning guns in another room.
