Richard Harvey Jorgensen, a 54-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on April 14, 2016, in Sabine Pass, Texas. He was the head softball coach at The Woodlands High School and a former resident of Port Arthur. Jorgensen was found dead in his truck from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. His death came after an arrest warrant was issued for him on charges of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old player on his team.
