Charles Jackson, a 28-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2016, in Houston, TX. The incident occurred during a neighborhood fireworks display in the Fourth Ward area. Jackson was attending the gathering when he was caught in a crossfire involving rival gangs.
