Albert Keith Brown, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 14, 2016, in Dallas, TX. Brown was fatally shot in the head by his friend, J.T. Williams, in a parking lot on West Kiest Boulevard in Oak Cliff.
