On June 19, 2011, 26-year-old Oscar T. Owens was shot and killed in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred when Owens was found suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was quickly transported to Truman Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The circumstances leading to his death remain unclear, and the homicide remains unsolved.
