Ophelia Valenzuela Lucio, a 53-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on September 17, 2016, in Brownwood, Texas. She was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant who moved to Brownwood in 2012 and was known for her loving and caring nature. Ophelia is survived by her two daughters, Christina and Brad Eslinger, Juanita and Nathan Kellems, and her son Joe Lomas, along with 13 grandchildren and her father Roberto Valenzuela.
