Belinda Sauceda, a 64-year-old Hispanic woman, was found shot to death on November 6, 2016, in Seguin, Texas. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Seguin Police Department officers, who were already in the area investigating an unrelated incident, heard multiple gunshots.
