Jesus Tito Mora, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from Fresno, Texas, tragically died on November 26, 2016. He was fatally shot while inside his car in Fresno, a city located southwest of Houston. Mora was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on December 3, 2016.
