John Paul Rickenberg, a 41-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on December 20, 2016, in Dale, Texas. The incident occurred at a home near Lytton Springs, Caldwell County, where authorities discovered Rickenberg and another man, Daniel Lee Day, both deceased from gunshot wounds.
