Don Allen Weido, a 49-year-old man from Pearland, Texas, tragically died on January 22, 2017, from multiple gunshot wounds at his home in the Shadow Creek Ranch subdivision. The incident occurred when two men, Stephen Heiman and Jarret Angst , broke into Weido's home and shot him during the course of a burglary. The suspects were later identified and arrested, with Heiman and Angst facing murder charges, and Rita Young , who allegedly hired them, facing capital murder charges.
