Russell Staley, a 55-year-old truck driver from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died by suicide on January 27, 2017. Staley was facing four counts of first-degree manslaughter charges related to a fatal crash that occurred on September 26, 2014. The accident involved his semi-truck colliding with a bus carrying 15 members of the North Central Texas College softball team on Interstate 35 in Murray County, Oklahoma.
