Chris Chappell, a 20-year-old male student from Prairie View A&M University, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2017. The incident occurred during a party held just a block outside the university campus. The party turned violent when multiple gunmen opened fire, resulting in three people being shot, including Chris Chappell. Despite the efforts to save him, Chris succumbed to his injuries.
