James Coleman Crump, aged 26, was tragically killed on March 25, 2012, in St. Louis, Missouri. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) has faced numerous obstacles in solving such cases, including a lack of witnesses and tangible evidence, as well as limited resources that often force them to prioritize current cases over older ones.
