Germain Rodriguez, a 36-year-old Hispanic man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died on June 10, 2017. He was shot and killed by Oscar de la Cruz, Jr., a 30-year-old man who was visiting his father's home next door. Rodriguez was attempting to intervene in an argument between his neighbors when he was shot multiple times in the torso. His family described him as a friendly and peace-loving person who was simply trying to help.
