Germain Rodriguez, a 36-year-old Hispanic man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically died on June 10, 2017. He was shot and killed by Oscar de la Cruz, Jr., a 30-year-old man who was visiting his father's home next door. Rodriguez was attempting to intervene in an argument between his neighbors when he was shot multiple times in the torso.
