Carlton Griffin, a 46-year-old man from Crosby, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on July 28, 2017, at Crosby Park. According to his family, Carlton went to the park to confront a man who had come to his home earlier that day and pulled a gun. During the confrontation, Carlton was shot and killed, and his stepson, Leonard Taylor, 17, was also injured.
