On the evening of July 30, 2017, Jason Ramon Jolley, a 42-year-old African American man, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in northeast Houston, Texas. Around 10:00 p.m., Jolley was seated on a concrete pillar in the parking lot of a car wash located at 11305 Homestead Road.
