Edgar Ramirez, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2017, in Crowley, Texas. Ramirez was found dead alongside 19-year-old Matthew Lemus in a roadway in the 700 block of Hutchins Drive. Both victims had been shot, and their deaths were ruled as homicides.
