Cornelius Williams, a 35-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on August 8, 2017. The incident occurred at around 7:15 p.m. in the parking lot of Baylor University Medical Center. Williams had just been released from the emergency room when he was shot. He was later pronounced dead at Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital.
