Leroy Ellis, a 42-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on March 31, 2018. The incident occurred at 12630 Ashford Point Drive around 1:40 a.m. When the police arrived at the scene, they found Ellis pronounced dead. The Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, Officers R. Montalvo and D. Nabors, were assigned to investigate the case.
