Billy Gardner Jr., a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2018, in Terrell, Texas. He was found with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle on the 400 block of Thomas Street. Despite being airlifted to Baylor Scott & White Emergency Center in Forney, he succumbed to his injuries.
