Cisco Ray Moreno, a 30-year-old man from Robert Lee, Texas, tragically died on June 24, 2018. He was found in his home on Eule Street, having been shot multiple times. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute with his wife, Jasmine Nichole Moreno. According to Jasmine's testimony, Cisco had repeatedly assaulted her that evening, including punching and choking her, and attempting to force her into a sexual threesome against her will.
