Douglas Vinson Harvey, a 37-year-old man from Robert Lee, Texas, tragically died on October 4, 2018, from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The incident was later confirmed as a homicide. Harvey was found lying by the roadway in the 1000 block of Austin Street, and despite attempts to administer first aid, he was pronounced dead upon arrival at a hospital in San Angelo.
