Justin Smith, a 31-year-old male from Henderson, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2019. He was one of four adult gunshot victims found at the Oak Manor apartment complex in Henderson after a shooting incident that evening. The incident also claimed the life of Holly Jones, 37, while two other victims, Billie Pyers, 65, and Cassandra Shaffer, 26, were hospitalized but survived.
