In the late hours of October 19, 2013, the life of 22-year-old Rufai Abdulaziz Mohamed, a Black male, was tragically cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. Officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to a neighborhood following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mohamed suffering from gunshot wounds.
