Carrie Beth Nebgen, a 40-year-old white female from Kingwood, Texas, passed away on April 26, 2019. Carrie was born on August 1, 1978, in Houston, Texas, and grew up in Alvin before moving to Kingwood. She was known for her strength, compassion, and love for her children. Carrie was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2016, but she was reportedly cancer-free the following year.
