Kiram Manley, a 22-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on January 26, 2014, in a shooting that occurred in a violent series of incidents that day. Kiram was found with fatal gunshot wounds in the Baden neighborhood of North St. Louis. His death was part of a string of shootings that claimed multiple lives within a short period.
