Joe Rodriguez, a 77-year-old Hispanic man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically murdered on July 26, 2019. He was shot three times, including once in the face, while attempting to start his newspaper delivery route outside a 7-Eleven on the South Side of San Antonio. The suspects, Manuel Martinez and Rene Garcia , were arrested shortly after the incident and charged with capital murder.
