Death by Force

Rashad Brown, a 37-year-old male from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on September 6, 2019. He was gunned down on a southeast Houston street while walking near a vacant lot around 6 or 7 p.m. An armed man approached Brown and another woman, identified as 31-year-old Shaksha Powell, and opened fire. Brown was killed at the initial shooting scene, while Powell attempted to flee but was chased down and shot to death a short distance away.
