Ramiro Rodriguez Reyes, a 63-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2019, in Houston, Texas. He and his wife, Rosalba Reyes, were shot and killed in front of their home in northwest Houston as they returned from the hospital after visiting a family member.
