Lorenzo Jimenez, a 24-year-old man from Sacramento, was tragically shot in the Mission District of San Francisco on June 8, 2012. The incident occurred near 16th and Guerrero streets, a location known for nightlife. Jimenez had been spending the evening at a bar when he encountered a group of five to ten men who confronted him outside the establishment.
