Aaija Smoker, an 18-year-old woman from Duncanville, Texas, tragically lost her life on October 5, 2019. She was found dead in an apartment in the 200 block of East U.S. Highway 67. The circumstances surrounding her death were determined to be a result of a robbery gone wrong. Smoker was shot and killed during the incident.
