Marlon Dewayne Bell, a 44-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was found shot to death on November 30, 2019. Bell was discovered lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds in the 2200 block of Gallatin Street in East Oak Cliff. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported him to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
